This award has been received for outstanding performance in the field of land records digitization under the Digital India Land Records Modernization Program. In this, the land records of Indore city were digitized better. Indore district has been selected for this award for the successful implementation of the program run by the Real Estate Department. This honor was given in a program organized at Vigyan Bhawan in the capital Delhi. It is worth noting that due to 100% digitization of land records of Indore district, along with ease in departmental work, The general public is also getting a lot of convenience. Now people can get information about their land by sitting at their home. Not only this, most of the works related to land like Jamabandi, Parimarjan, other certificates, special surveys can now be done by people sitting at their homes. This will also help in reducing land disputes. In fact, under the leadership of Indore Collector Ilaiah Raja T. Whatever schemes the state government has in Indore district, the work is being done to get 100 percent on the ground and to take its benefits to the common people. Earlier, when people had to visit the office for several days for a correction, it has brought relief.
