This yatra will reach every township of every ward in Indore city and every village of the district. This journey will last for 233 days. Extensive preparations are being made for this visit. A joint meeting of public representatives and officials regarding the preparations for the yatra was held at the collector’s office. A detailed discussion was held regarding the preparations for the yatra in the meeting. Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan addressed the meeting virtually from Bhopal. It was told in the meeting that all SDMs have been made nodal officers for travel arrangements in their respective areas. During the yatra, under the schemes of the state government, the beneficiaries will be given the benefits of public welfare schemes. During the yatra, citizens will also be informed about various beneficiary oriented and public welfare schemes being run by the government. They will also be told about the development work being done by the state government. Along with this, development works will be inaugurated and Bhoomi Pujan will also be done in the area. However, on the other hand, it is also being linked to the Assembly elections of . It is believed that the government has prepared to connect every house on the pretext of this by involving the entire administrative staff.
