Extension At Khajrana Crossing 15 The statue of Lord Sahastrarjun standing for years has eased the way for the metro train project. This statue was shifted after 17 hours of effort. This statue will now be installed near the MR-10 bridge, five kilometers away from Khajrana square. Before shifting the idol, the office bearers of Haihay Kshatriya Kalchuri Samaj duly worshiped the idol. After this, the staff of the Municipal Corporation started the work of shifting.

Corporation officials reached Khajrana intersection with a big crane, JCB and a trolley. First the idol was carefully covered with thick bandages. Then slowly the statue was lifted from the crane and placed on the trolley. The trolley also took the statue near the MR-10 bridge at a speed of 15 to 20 kilometers per hour. Earlier, the statue of Shyamaprasad Mukherjee has also been shifted from Vijay Nagar intersection for the metro project.

Bridge is also being built at the crossroads

Indore Development Authority is also building a bridge at Khajrana intersection, the metro route is in the middle of the road, while the sides of the bridge will be in the green belt area . This statue was placed in the middle of the square. Due to this the work of Metro project was stopped here.
