IDA will make new ring road. – Photo: amar ujala digital Expansion Even though the western bypass of the city could not be ready yet, but the Indore Development Authority is 100 kms. Planning to build a new ring road. By planting lakhs of saplings around this ring road, the authority wants to make the boundary of the city green. The land of 30 villages is coming in this ring road and 3300 hectares of land will be required. Starting from Betma Road, this Ring Road will pass through rural areas like Raukhedi, Tillaur, Datoda and connect Indore Ahmedabad Road. Authority Chairman Jaipal Singh Chavda said that the western bypass will also be a part of this green corridor. The IDA has asked the Town and Country Planning Department to include this ring road in the master plan. Apart from this project other agendas were approved in the board meeting. The board members also called the contractor of the bus station being constructed on MR-10 and asked the reason for the delay in construction. The contractor said that the material used for the roof of the station. Only one company makes it in Pithampur. This is causing delay. The contractor has said to complete the construction by 31st July. in two schemes 800 crore development works

2023 IDA implemented TPS-9 on 261 hectares of land of intermediaries Hapsi, Tigaria Rao and Kanadiya and TPS-9 of Palakhedi, Tigaria Badshah, Palakhedi 800 crore has been approved for starting the development work. Both these schemes have also got approval from the government. MR-4 I will give houses to Bhagirathpura township, which is obstructing
MR-4 is being constructed by Municipal Corporation. For this, the Indore Development Authority has also given funds to the Municipal Corporation for this. Road Construction In Bhagirathpura township, more than 80 houses have become obstructions. It was decided in the board meeting that plots or houses would be given to the affected.
These decisions were taken in the board meeting – New Lohamandi and A committee has been constituted to examine the plots allotted to tea grocery traders. The committee will prepare a report to the board.

– Sold in Aranya Scheme There was also discussion in the board meeting regarding the lease of the plots. It was decided in the meeting that the work of the authority is to sell the property, while for renewal of lease, approved maps of houses are being sought. It is not only a matter of jurisdiction of the authority.

-Scheme-140 The authority has decided to take legal opinion regarding the allotted 192 plots. ,
