The matter was raised in the last assembly elections also, then after the intervention of the CM, the Indore Municipal Corporation gave some money to the laborers.

Under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana 167 EWS beneficiaries will get One BHK accommodation in the registry. It was also decided to give stamp duty exemption of more than five crores. 2 crore 90 lakh thousand for crop compensation of submergence affected agricultural land due to increase in water intake capacity of Yashwant Sagar.
