After preliminary investigation, ED took Surendra Sanghvi and his son Prateek Sanghvi into custody for questioning. Madda is already in jail. Sanghvi is the main accused in the Ayodhyapuri land scam and two years ago police raided his house to arrest him . Then the administration had registered six cases against Sanghvi regarding the land scam. Then the ED also got the link of black money in land and scam and the officers also called for the file related to the scam. It is believed that the ED team reached Sanghvi and Deepak Madda’s place for investigation in the case related to the land scam. On Thursday morning, the ED team reached Surendra Sanghvi’s office, bungalow and other places to raid. Along with Sanghvi, Deepak Madda is also on the target of ED. Presently Deepak Madda is in jail. Apart from the documents of the land, the ED officials are also probing the amount deposited in the banks, the information about the land purchased in the name of the family members. Merchant
