Expansion Police have arrested three young women who brutally thrashed a young woman at LIG crossroads in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. The names of two youths have come to the fore in this incident. The police have also made him an accused. As of now, both the youths have not been arrested. The names of the arrested girls are Megha Malviya, Poonam Ahirwar and Tina Soni. The incident took place at LIG intersection at 1.30 pm on Saturday night. The three accused women brutally thrashed a young woman on the road. The accused girls hurled kicks at the victim’s stomach, mouth and back. A young woman had also broken the victim’s mobile by slamming it on the ground. According to the police, Priya Verma, a resident of Nehru Nagar, had come to drink tea at a restaurant in Elaiji intersection. Megha, Poonam and Tina were already standing there. Priya works in a company near Regal Tirahe. An argument ensued between the four of them staring at each other. After some time, the three girls broke down on Priya and beat her up with kicks and fists. Due to the exemption of keeping the BARTS corridor open for 24 hours, there is a lot of crowd there. Many people captured this incident in their mobile phones. Within no time the fight between the girls started becoming increasingly viral on social media.
