The Bhanwarkua police had registered a case against the book's author, principal, publisher Amar Law Publication and another professor in this matter. This committee has been asked to investigate and submit a report to the government in three days. Apart from Madhura Prasad, Additional Director, Higher Education Department, Bhopal, Kiran Saluja, Additional Director in-charge of Indore Higher Education Department, is included in the committee. Minister Tulsi Silavat's brother Suresh Silavat has not been included in this committee.
