Ruchira Kamboj has reiterated that statement of Prime Minister Narendra Modi in September 2021 before India became a member of the Council on January 1, 2021 Mentioned, in which he said that India will use the reputation and experience of being the world's largest democracy for the benefit of the whole world. He said that this month the Security Council discussed several major issues including Afghanistan, Armenia, Syria, Haiti, Ukraine, Democratic Republic of Congo. Ruchira Kamboj said that even after being out of our council, Afghanistan will remain in our hearts. India's two-year term as a non-permanent member of the Council ends this month.
