The double bench of Chief Justice Ravi Vijay Kumar Malimath and Justice Vishal Mishra was told by the government that instructions have been issued to follow the prescribed guidelines. The High Court has directed Additional Chief Secretary Forest to conduct an inquiry against the then officers. The petition filed by RTI activist Ajay Dubey, a resident of Bhopal, states that the death of tigers in the Pench Tiger Reserve The National Tiger Conservation Authority had given a report regarding this.
