The investigating agency said that in the month of May last year, an arrest was made along with arms and ammunition at Bastar toll plaza in Haryana. The people named in the charge sheet have been identified as Akash alias Akashdeep, Sukhbir Singh alias Jashan and Jarmalpreet Singh.

The NIA said in a statement on Tuesday that the accused named Terrorist Harvinder Singh Sandhu alias Rinda is said to be a close aide, who has joined hands with banned terrorist organization Babbar Khalsa International (BKI).
