Charu Sinha is a brave woman IPS officer: IG Charulata Sinha is counted as a fast-paced IPS officer. During his posting in Jammu and Kashmir, he foiled many operations of terrorists. Officials said that in two years, he led the force in about 22000 counter-insurgency operations. In these operations, he has killed at least terrorists. He commanded 69 battalions of about 22000 CRPF personnel in Budgam, Srinagar and Ganderbal districts of J&K.
