The High Court considered this fact to be serious and ordered a fresh investigation into the matter. It came before the court that the girl, her father and brother are constantly changing the statements. The court had given the responsibility of investigation to Datia SP and ordered the Datia Sessions Court to hear afresh. But these people were not appearing in the court.
