उसके बाद छात्रा का पिता उसे एक सुनसान जगह ले गया, जहां पर चाकू दिखाकर उसके साथ दुष्कर्म की घटना को अंजाम दिया। उसके बाद छात्रा और उसके पिता ने फोन पर धमकी दी कि 20 लाख का तुमने इंतजाम नहीं किया है, वह उसके पति को दुष्कर्म के मामले में फंसा रहे हैं और उसके बाद छात्रा और उसके पिता ने पति पर झूठा दुष्कर्म का मामला दर्ज करवाया। वहीं, इस मामले को लेकर सीएसपी विजय भदोरिया का कहना है कि इस मामले में क्रॉस रेप की एफआईआर दर्ज की गई है। पहला मामला कंपू थाना पुलिस ने छात्रा द्वारा केआरजी के प्रोफेसर के खिलाफ दुष्कर्म का मामला दर्ज करवाया है और दूसरा मामला प्रोफेसर की पत्नी ने छात्रा के पिता पर दुष्कर्म का मामला दर्ज करवाया है। पुलिस अब इन दोनों मामलों की जांच करने में जुटी है।
