The Gwalior Bench of the High Court accepted the application of Vishambhar Lal Arora, a resident of Panipat, and made Raghogarh MLA and former minister Jaivardhan Singh a party. Jaivardhan Singh is the son of former Chief Minister Digvijay Singh. Now the hearing in this matter will be held on 30 April. Petitioner’s advocate Ramkrishna Pathak told that his client Vishambhar Lal Arora 2015- times in K had got the job of labor supply in the NFL factory of Vijaypur. He was removed from the job due to negligence by some laborers. The advocate also says that at the behest of MLA Jaivardhan Singh, these people abducted Vishambhar Lal Arora and took him to Raghogarh fort and was severely beaten up in the presence of Jaivardhan Singh. Labor supplier Vishambhar Lal Arora has also alleged that Jayawardhan threatened him and warned him to do as per his instructions. In this case, labor supplier Vishambhar Lal Arora had written a report at Vijay Nagar police station in Guna, but the police Jaivardhan Singh was not made an accused. Against this, Vishambhar Lal Arora filed an application in the Guna Court and requested to add the name of Jaivardhan Singh to the accused, but he did not get relief there also. Exhausted, Vishambhar Lal Arora challenged the order of the subordinate court in the High Court, on which the court made the MLA a party. Labor supplier’s advocate Ramakrishna Pathak says that a case of kidnapping and assault should also be registered against all the accused, this will be his demand from the court. ,
