Extension Daughter of former Bishop PC Singh, who is in jail for misappropriation of funds of educational institutions and forgery of mission property, is also under the radar of EOW. The daughter did her MBBS course from Hyderabad, in which five crores were spent. EOW is investigating in this regard.

According to EOW’s DSP Swaran Singh Dhami, in the investigation of the case, it has come to the fore that Priyanka, the daughter of former bishop, had done MBBS course from Hyderabad. Big donation was given for admission in MBBS course. Five crore rupees were spent to complete the course. Former bishop’s wife Nora Singh was summoned by the EOW for questioning. She did not appear before the EOW for questioning as she was suffering from cancer. Presenting a written reply, he has sent the income tax documents to the EOW.

It is noteworthy that Suresh Jacob, including former bishop PC Singh, his son Piyush and wife Nora Singh, have been accused in the EOW case. Former bishop’s special Suresh Jacob was with him in the whole fraud. Piyush was made the principal of the Church Church School without the prescribed qualifications. Apart from this, his school money was misused. Husband Nora Singh is alleged to have unethically transferred about Rs 72 lakhs to different accounts during his tenure as the manager of eight educational institutions run by the missionary.

Significantly, the EOW team had raided PC Singh’s office and house in Napier Town on 8 September. During the raid 80 lakhs of gold, 1 crore 65 lakhs of cash, Bank Accounts, 18352 US Dollars, 80 Pounds, 9 Luxury Cars, Assets documents were found. PC Singh was outside the country during the raid. Singh was arrested by the EOW from Nagpur airport. In the name of the family members of PC Singh, Rs 6 and a half crore were deposited in the bank. Apart from this, he had bought valuable land located in Mission Compound for half the price in his own name. As a bishop, he sold the land and bought it himself as a buyer. There are 60 cases registered against PC Singh in different states across the country. ,
