Ankit Sharma’s body was recovered from Khajuri Khas drain near Chand Bagh bridge. The judge said- I think that the accused named Mohd. (rioting), 148 (rioting, armed with deadly weapon) and A (promoting enmity between groups on grounds of religion etc. to be prosecuted for an offense punishable under section (murder) and section B (criminal conspiracy).
