In the charge sheet, the ED stated that “Arun Pillai in his statement dated November, 2022 disclosed that Kavitha And there was a deal between AAP led by Arvind Kejriwal. In exchange for a bribe of Rs 1 crore, Kavita got access to Delhi’s liquor business. Arun Pillai was representing Kavitha at Indospirit and also became a partner on their behalf.
