Stream 323, 324, 342 and registered a case under the Child Labor Act

Dwarka DCP M Harsh Vardhan told that Both the husband and wife have been arrested on the charges of employing and torturing the 12-year-old girl as a domestic help. Earlier medical examination of the girl has been done and Section , 342, 342 IPC and child labor Act, 324 Case has been registered under JJ Act. Earlier both the accused were taken into custody by the Delhi Police.
