to businessman Amit Arora 4934 Day’s Judicial Custody In a money laundering case related to irregularities in the Delhi Excise Policy, the court sent businessman Amit Arora to judicial custody for two weeks. Arora, Director, Buddy Retail Private Limited, Gurugram Sent to judicial custody till December. Enforcement Directorate (ED) Arora was produced in the court after the day’s custody was over. Arora was arrested by the ED under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA). He is the sixth accused arrested by the agency in this case.
