Dawood Ibrahim was born in a Muslim family in Ratnagiri, Maharashtra. Dawood’s father Ibrahim Kaskar worked as a head constable in the Mumbai Police. Whereas, his mother Amina Bi was a housewife. Apart from this, there were seven brothers and four sisters in Dawood’s family. Dawood’s brother Anees Ibrahim, Mustakim Ali, Zaitoon Antulay live in Dubai and Karachi. Whereas, Iqbal Kaskar is lodged in a jail in Mumbai. Whereas, out of Dawood’s four sisters, Farzana Tungekar and Haseena have died.
