He had told that a case was registered against my son Ajay Patel under the SCST Act for abducting the girl in police station Jabera. Whose investigation was in the hands of GP Sharma. The applicant had got the son's anticipatory bail approved from the Damoh court. 22 september 2015 he went to the SDOP office with the court order. He was accompanied by his son and an advocate. The applicant told that the SDOP GP Sharma had sent an application for bail verification Had asked for a bribe of thousand rupees. A complaint was made to the Lokayukta. Lokayukta Sagar prepared a trap on the basis of call details and other evidence. 54 Bribe transaction was to take place between the accused and the applicant on September. The Lokayukta team had arrested the accused SDOP GP Sharma red-handed taking a bribe of Rs 5,000 from the victim at his official residence. The driver of the vehicle was also made an accused. After hearing the court convicted the accused on November . Section 7 of Prevention of Corruption Act 2015 three years rigorous imprisonment and was punished with a fine of thousand. In respect of second accused Vijay Kumar Chadhar, the prosecution case was not proved by the court and hence he was acquitted. Special Public Prosecutor Hemant Kumar Pandey and Anant Singh Thakur appeared on behalf of the prosecution. ,
