It was told that another goods train was carrying coal from Katni to Damoh. While passing through Ghatera station, smoke was seen rising in the bogie of the goods train. After this, the fire brigade had reached the station even before the arrival of the goods train. As soon as the goods train reached Damoh station, the fire brigade staff doused the fire by spraying water on the bogie where the fire broke out. Due to which the fire could not take any major form and after some time the goods train was sent towards the sea. Fireman employees told that they had received information from the control room that a bogie of the goods train had caught fire.
