हिरदेपुर हाईस्कूल सागर नाका पुलिस चौकी के ठीक सामने है, लेकिन पुलिस को चोरी की भनक भी नहीं लगी। शिक्षिका मनीषा दीक्षित, प्रदीप अग्रवाल, माधव ठाकुर ने बताया कि जब हम लोग पुलिस चौकी रिपोर्ट दर्ज कराने पहुंचे तो पुलिस ने कहा कि यहां कोई रिपोर्ट नहीं लिखी जाएगी और वापस भेज दिया। शिक्षकों का आरोप है कि चौकी के सामने 10 हजार से अधिक पुस्तकें चोरी हो गईं और पुलिस अपनी नाकामी छिपाने के लिए रिपोर्ट दर्ज नहीं कर रही है। इसके बाद समस्त शिक्षकों ने कलेक्ट्रेट पहुंचकर आवेदन दिया।

बिना पुस्तक कैसे पढ़ेंगे बच्चे
स्कूल में रखी 50 से अधिक सरकारी स्कूलों के बच्चों की पुस्तकें चोरी हो गई हैं। जिनकी कीमत करीब पांच लाख रुपये बताई जा रही है। सवाल यह है कि अब बच्चों को पुस्तकें कैसे मिलेंगी। सागर नाका चौकी प्रभारी गरिमा मिश्रा का कहना है की मामला दर्ज कर अज्ञात चोरों की तलाश की जा रही है।
