Simultaneously, earlier this week Dr. Anahita Pandole was charged with death due to negligence and reckless driving under the Indian Penal Code and Motor Vehicles Act.

During this visit, obstetrician Dr. Anahita Pandole was driving Cyrus Mistry’s Mercedes-Benz car while coming from Gujarat to Mumbai. As soon as the vehicle reached the police station of Surya river in Palghar district of Maharashtra, it collided with a concrete barrier and crashed.
