Out of these 34 MLAs belong to Bharatiya Janata Party. Whereas, four belong to Congress, two to Aam Aadmi Party, 2 independents and one to Samajwadi Party. As per the ADR report, the number of MLAs facing criminal cases has come down as compared to 2017. 2017 had criminal cases registered against MLAs.
