22 september 500 Raju Parihar had gone to drop his maternal grandfather with his daughter. Meanwhile, step mother Aradhana gave him tea to drink. After drinking tea, his health started deteriorating. On returning to his father’s house, Nitin told that he was not feeling well ever since his stepmother Aradhana had given him tea to drink. Father Raju Parihar reached Birla Hospital with son Nitin, but his health kept deteriorating. Then he was admitted to Jayarogya Hospital. Where Nitin died shortly after. On the basis of his son’s statement, Raju had filed a case of murder against his own wife in Murar police station. The post mortem report and other evidence showed that the tea was poisonous. A total of 22 witnesses were produced by the prosecution in this case. Finally, on Monday, the ADJ court held stepmother Aradhana alias Julie guilty of killing her stepson and sentenced her to life imprisonment. Aradhana is in jail since the incident. ,
