Police seized the Ganja and Innova vehicle and arrested the accused driver. The consignment of hemp was being brought from Raipur, the capital of Chhattisgarh. According to Anuppur Superintendent of Police Jitendra Singh Pawar, information was received from the informer that the Innova serial number CG LC a consignment of hemp is coming. Acting on the information, the police started checking on Bhalumada Darsagar Road of Kotma police station. Seeing the police, the Innova driver tried to leave at high speed. When the checking team kept stopping it, the vehicle went out of control and entered a roadside pit and got damaged. On search of the vehicle Kilo Ganja recovered. Its cost is 414 Lakh is thousand rupees. Police arrested the driver Prakash Yadav (25) resident of Rajnandgaon Chhattisgarh and booked him under NDPS Act. action taken under The accused told during interrogation that the vehicle was given to him in Raipur. He was told that the vehicle has to be taken to Kotma. A person will come and take the vehicle in Kotma. Police has seized the Innova vehicle and its owner is being traced. ,
