4 cases of BF.7 reported in West Bengal
Omicron in West Bengal Four cases of the BF.7 form of the virus have been reported. A health official said that the genome sequencing of four people who recently returned from the US confirmed that they were infected with a new form of corona virus. He told that the condition of all the four patients is stable. Of the four people, three are from Nadia district and belong to the same family, while one person is from Bihar but currently lives in Kolkata. The state health department came to know that a total of 35 people have come in contact with these four infected patients. He said, all 35 people are healthy and we are monitoring their condition.
