Centre wrote a letter to the states: Regarding the increasing cases of corona virus, the center wrote a letter to six states regarding the effective management of Kovid Is. The Center has asked the states of Maharashtra, Gujarat, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Kerala and Karnataka to adopt a risk assessment-based approach regarding Corona. In his letter to the states, Union Health Secretary Rajesh Bhushan stressed that a large number of corona cases are coming to the fore in some states. This shows that local spread of infection is taking place.
