The Attorney General said that he has discussed with the Law Ministry regarding the issue raised by the bench during the last hearing and has sought some more time to resolve it. The bench said that after the recommendation of the collegium, the central government sent back names for consideration, in which 12 names have been recommended by the collegium several times. . This issue has to be resolved by the collegium, not the government. The bench advised the Attorney General to refrain from criticizing the collegium to people holding constitutional posts. ,
