Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that our aim is to bring prosperity in the lives of women, youth and farmers. Under the Ladli Bahna Yojana, the amount will be made available to the sisters gradually from Rs 1000 to Rs 3000 every month. By August 15, one lakh people will be recruited in government jobs in the state. After this, government jobs will be made available to 50 thousand more youths. Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said this at the Mukhyamantri Ladli Bahna Sammelan at Raghogarh in Guna district on Saturday. Union Civil Aviation Minister Mr. Jyotiraditya Scindia, State Energy Minister and in-charge of Guna district Mr. Pradyuman Singh Tomar, Panchayat and Rural Development Minister Mr. Mahendra Singh Sisodia, public representatives and a large number of beloved sisters participated in the programme.
In the presence of Chief Minister Shri Chouhan and Union Minister Shri Scindia, development works worth Rs 134 crore 12 lakh were e-inaugurated and Bhoomi Pujan was done.

On July 10, the second installment will come in the accounts of the sisters.

Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that on the 10th of every month, the government is doing the work of depositing money in the accounts of dear sisters. On the coming 10th, the amount will be added to the accounts of the sisters again. Every year the government will put an amount of Rs 15 thousand crore in the accounts of the sisters. The Chief Minister said that it will be announced on the 10th itself that now 21 year old sisters will also join Ladli Bahna. Along with this, the sisters who have a tractor in their family will also be given the benefit of this scheme.

Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that the government will leave no stone unturned in the development of Raghogarh. Before the year 2003, there was no road, no electricity and no drinking water in Raghogarh. The condition of the roads was also very bad. After 2003, we have done many development works here and we will not let the pace of development stop.

Daughters are becoming strong in the country and the state – Union Minister Mr. Scindia

Union Minister Mr. Scindia said that the central and state governments have worked to advance women power, so that women power can decide the path of their own progress. Daughters are no longer a burden in the country and the state. Beti Bachao-Beti Padhao program launched by Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi and Ladli Lakshmi, Ladli Bahna and Mukhyamantri Kanya Vivah-Nikah Yojana launched by Chief Minister Shri Chouhan have played an important role in this. The work done in Madhya Pradesh in the field of women empowerment is exemplary in the country.

Mr. Scindia said that there were many problems in Raghogarh area before the year 2003, people had to worry even for basic facilities. After the year 2003, the doors of development opened and people are getting better facilities.

Member of Parliament Mr. Rodmal Nagar said that the work done by the central and state government for the upliftment of the common people is exemplary. The historical work done by Chief Minister Shri Chouhan in the direction of women empowerment cannot be praised enough.

Sarita's family is getting Rs 13,000 per month

Mrs. Sarita, a resident of Raghogarh, came on the stage and told that she is a member of a self-help group and lives in a joint family. The 13 sisters of the family are getting an amount of one thousand rupees each under the Mukhyamantri Ladli Bahna Yojana. In this way, the family has got financial support by receiving an amount of Rs 13,000 per month and they have also been able to educate their children.

Profit Sharing

Chief Minister Shri Chouhan also distributed benefits to the beneficiaries under various schemes in the conference. Sanction letters were given to 7 beneficiaries of various schemes including Ladli Bahana Yojana, residential land rights letter. The dear sisters greeted the Chief Minister by tying big rakhis prepared by themselves.

Inauguration-Bhoomi-Pujan

Chief Minister Shri Chouhan inaugurated a total of 6 development works costing Rs 7 crore 40 lakh and performed Bhumi Pujan of 11 development works costing Rs 43 crore 86 lakh in Raghogarh assembly constituency. Chief Minister Shri Chouhan also performed bhoomi-pujan of 59 development works costing 82 crore 86 lakh in Chachoda assembly constituency.
