Chhattisgarh CM Bhupesh Baghel has written a letter to PM Narendra Modi regarding the inclusion of the amended provision of reservation in the Ninth Schedule of the Constitution. Let us tell that there is a ruckus on the Reservation Amendment Bill in Chhattisgarh. Many times a situation of confrontation has arisen between the Raj Bhavan and the government regarding this. It may be noted that 58 Bilaspur High Court had canceled 58 percent reservation in the state on September. After this, the tribal society opened a front against the government. Demonstrations started on the streets daily, then the government passed a bill to increase the reservation of ST, OBC and General in the state on December 2 by calling a special session of the assembly. After this the percentage of reservation in the state became 76 percent. However, the then Governor Anusuiya Uike did not approve the bill.
