According to Parasia TI Kewal Singh Parte, the children of Malviya family living in Kol Mohalla of Chandameta had gone to Deorani Dai Dam for a picnic with some friends from Chhindwara. While taking a bath, his foot slipped due to moss on the stone. During this, all four drowned while trying to save one. Of these, Hrithik Malviya, resident of Chhindwara, Sneha Nirmalkar, resident of Chandameta and Pawan Rajak, resident of Chhindwara, died, while a girl’s life was saved with the help of divers. He has been referred to the district hospital for treatment.
