Ajesh Verma, a resident of Chhui in Amarwada, was returning home in the evening after working as a laborer, when he found accused Kanhaiya Barsia on the way who asked for a lift from Ajesh. Here in Pindarai village, both of them drank alcohol. Accused Kanhaiya brought Ajesh to his home Ghat Pipariya. Here there was a dispute between both of them. Accused Kanhaiya killed Ajesh Verma by hitting him with a spear. The body was buried in a nearby drain. Kanhaiya’s daughter had seen the incident of burial of the dead body. He had given this information to the police at Singodi Chowki the other day. Even in the court, the police had told about the daughter that the daughter had seen the dead body while burying it. He is an eyewitness. On the testimony of the daughter, the Additional Sessions Judge sentenced Kanhaiya to life imprisonment. Total 12 witnesses including daughter gave their statements in this case. On which the case was found to be certified by Additional Sessions Judge Rakesh Kumar Soni. Rigorous life imprisonment to Kanhaiya Barsia in Section 414 and 233 was punished with imprisonment of 3 years. ,
