In fact, a petition was filed in the court against the appointments of persons with non-technical qualifications to the post of Inspector and Sub-Inspector in the Transport Department. High Court's Couple Bench of Chief Justice Ravi Vijay Kumar Malimath and Justice Vishal Mishra was told that the General Administration Department has amended After amending the rule, the proposal was sent to the Law Department. The Law Department has sought clarification from the General Administration Department regarding the proposal. The High Court's double bench has directed the government to submit its reply in a week. The petition was filed in the court on behalf of Adhartal resident Gyan Prakash. It said that for the appointment of Inspector and Sub-Inspector in the Transport Department, the educational qualification required is Diploma in Automobile Engineering or Mechanical Engineering and one year work experience. Both these posts come under technical category. The Government of Madhya Pradesh has amended the rules on 2021 and has made the educational qualification graduate for the post of Inspector and Sub-Inspector. It was said in the petition that in the past, according to the rule, inspection by the officials of the Transport Department should be done after the accident. A petition was filed demanding During its hearing, it was told that officers have been appointed for inspection. Apart from this, the fitness test certificate of the vehicle is issued by the Transport Department. Inspection and fitness test are technical functions, which are carried out by Transport Inspectors and Sub-Inspectors. Non technical person cannot do such work. During the hearing held on Wednesday, the petitioner told the Jugalpeeth that the year 2022 in road accidents in Madhya Pradesh ,12 persons had died. The said information was presented by the government. During the hearing, the petitioner presented his side. ,
