The complainant has also alleged that all these properties are not in the direct name of Sanjay Chowdhary, but in the names of his close relatives. The benami investment is of Sanjay Chowdhary only. The complainant has also mentioned two partnership firms in Indore. He says that Sanjay Chaudhary’s name is not directly in these firms, but they are also related to him. After receiving the complaint, the Special Police Establishment, Lokayukta Office, Indore investigated the matter. A case has been registered against Sanjay Chaudhary and his mother-in-law Premlata Pancholi under the Prevention of Corruption Amendment Act to investigate closely who has invested in the properties mentioned in the complaint. ,
