Contractual health workers in the district include contractual doctors, pharmacists, staff nurses, lab technicians, ANMs, computer and management cadre employees, all of whom will be on strike. Employee leaders say that during the Corona period, we had rendered services by risking our lives. But the government is not paying attention to our demands. The matter of regularization of contractual health workers was brought to the fore in the policy issued by the General Administration on June 5 2018. Order issued to regularize contract employees, to pay 415 percent salary of regular employees till regularization it was done. But due to non-implementation of June 5 2018 policy, the contractual health workers have made up their mind to go on strike.
