The Bharatiya Janata Party has issued a three-line whip to all its Lok Sabha MPs to be present in the House today for the passage of important bills. It is expected that all MPs of BJP and allies will be present in the House today. Significantly, in the second phase of the budget session, there is a lot of uproar in the Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha. The ruling party and the opposition have been at loggerheads since the beginning of the session regarding Rahul Gandhi’s statement and the JPC probe in the Adani case.

Rahul Gandhi and Adani case has created a ruckus: BJP is attacking the opposition regarding Rahul Gandhi’s statement on Indian democracy in London. The MPs of the ruling party are adamant on demanding an apology from Rahul Gandhi. So on the other hand, the opposition is demanding a JPC inquiry regarding the Adani case. The opposition says that it will not compromise with anyone in this matter. There must be a JPC inquiry into this matter.
Rajya Sabha Chairman called the meeting: There is a lot of uproar in the House regarding Rahul Gandhi’s statement and the JPC probe into the Adani case. The proceedings of Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha are not being done. At the same time, Rajya Sabha Chairman Jagdeep Dhankhar has called a meeting of the leaders of the House today. However, the opposition has made it clear that if the government is in favor of running the House, then they should first answer Rahul Gandhi’s questions. So the BJP MP is adamant on demanding an apology from Rahul Gandhi for his statement.
