The Supreme Court notified a five-judge constitution bench that will hear petitions to legalize same-sex marriage. Chief Justice of India DY Chandrachud, Justices Sanjay Kishan Kaul, Ravindra Bhat, Hima Kohli and PS Narasimha 13 will hear the matter from April.
