In a relief to Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde, the Bombay High Court on Thursday accepted the withdrawal of the regularization order issued by Shinde last week in connection with the Nagpur land allotment case. The case pertains to allotment of a plot in Nagpur on behalf of Shinde when he was the Urban Development Minister in the previous Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA) government. The High Court was earlier told that the land earmarked for slum dwellers was allotted to private individuals.
