Congress National President Mallikarjun Kharge has said that the new Parliament House should be inaugurated by the President only. He said that the then President was not invited at the time of laying the foundation stone of the new Parliament, this time President Murmu has not been invited for the inauguration ceremony. Kharge said that BJP says that we give importance to SC/ST, but do not give them importance and respect where it should be given.
