The Central Bureau of Investigation has arrested Jag Mohan Garg, CMD of Tirupati Infraprojects Private Limited. Ltd. to a consortium of banks consisting of Bank of India, Union Bank of India, Canara Bank, Bank of Baroda and UCO Bank of Rs.289.15 crore (approx.) Involved in ongoing investigation of case relating to fraud.
