Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan will flag off the Bhopal Gaurav Run starting from VIP Road. A grand celebration of the Pride Day will be held in Bhopal, the city of lakes. Various events related to art, culture, food stalls and sports will be held in the festival which will run till June 4. The main attraction of the festival will be the performance of Bollywood playback singer Shreya Ghoshal, lyricist Manoj Mutanshir, comedians Krishna-Sudesh on 1st June at Motilal Nehru Stadium. From the history of lyricist Muntashir Raja Bhoj to June 1 will narrate the story of merger of Bhopal State and Bhopal, which is currently getting fame for its cleanliness and natural beauty, through his words and laser show. After this Bhopal will echo with the echo of Bollywood singer Shreya Ghoshal. During this, well-known singer Shreya Ghoshal will give a live performance of about 2 hours. Four and a half thousand people had registered for the Bhopal Gaurav Daud till Tuesday evening. The race will start from the statue of Rajabhoj on VIP Road and reach the Boat Club. During this 1949 participants will be rewarded. in the big lake Water Carnival will start

On the closing occasion of Gaurav Daud, water carnival will start at Boat Club itself at 8 am on Wednesday. There will be various types of water sports competitions on the big pond, this carnival will continue till May 4.

भोपाल फूड फेस्टिवल आज से
बिट्टन मार्केट दशहरा मैदान में पांच दिवसीय फूड फेस्टिवल का शुभारंभ बुधवार शाम 6: 30 पर होगा। फूड फेस्टिवल में भोपाल के प्रसिद्ध फूड ब्रांड्स के स्टॉल लगाए जाएंगे। इस दौरान मनोहर डेयरी, जमजम सहित ऐसे 45 स्टॉल फेस्ट में लगाए जाएंगे जिनका स्वाद भोपाल से उठकर देश के अलग-अलग शहरों में पहुंचा और भोपाल की पहचान बनकर महक रहा है। इस दौरान सभी स्टॉल्स के बीच ‘फूड ऑफ द डे प्रतियोगिता भी होगी। दिनभर में दर्शकों के पसंदीदा स्टॉल को पुरस्कृत किया जाएगा।

हर शाम सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रम
इसके साथ ही हर शाम सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रम, वाद-विवाद प्रतियोगिता का भी आयोजन किया जाएगा। फेस्टिवल में हस्तशिल्प एवं हथकरघा के भी स्टॉल लगेंगे। साथ ही कलात्मक कार्यशालाओं में कलाकार मधुबनी पेंटिंग, लाइव स्कैच और आर्ट की डेमो क्लास में दर्शकों को अपनी कला से रुबरु कराएंगे।

निकलेगी शोभा यात्रा
भोपाल गौरव दिवस के अवसर पर नगर निगम भोपाल की ओर से जुमेराती से विशेष शोभा यात्रा निकाली जाएगी। इस दौरान भोपाल शहर के सभी 85 वार्डों के सफाई कर्मचारियों को सम्मानित किया जाएगा। जिला प्रशासन की ओर से भोपाल गौरव दिवस के अवसर पर शहरवासियों घरों में आकर्षक रोशनी और दीये जलाकर गौरव पर्व मनाने का आह्वान किया गया है।
