Contempt petition was also filed against non-implementation of the recommendations of the Monitoring Committee during the pendency of the petition. Was. It was said in the contempt petition that the health cards of the victims of the gas tragedy have not even been prepared. Equipment and medicines are not available in hospitals as required. Due to non-fixation of recruitment rules of BMHRC, doctors and para medical staff do not provide their services permanently. Citing the report of the Monitoring Committee on behalf of the petitioner, it was said that under the Ayushman Yojana, only cancer treatment It happens. Gas victims have to pay for investigation and other treatment. The Jugalpeeth had issued orders in September 2021 that gas victims should be treated free of cost in AIIMS Bhopal. Digital cards have not been made for the gas victims, due to which they are not getting this facility. Jugalpeeth made digital cards of gas victims to the Director of National Information Center 05 and presented the implementation report in the court by February ordered to do. Apart from this, instructions were given to the government to pay the stenographer of the monitoring committee. During the hearing of the petition, the couple was told that the National Information Center, ICMR, Bhopal Gas Relief and Rehabilitation Department including Due to the separation of other departments, there is a problem in the implementation of the order. Apart from this, the government was urged to withdraw the order passed regarding the salary to the stenographer. The Jugalpeeth was told that the salary is given from the head of the Rogi Kalyan Samiti. After the hearing, the Jugalpeeth has given instructions to form a joint committee under the chairmanship of Monitoring Committee Chairman BK Aggarwal in compliance of the order.
