N Ram, Mahua Moitra, Prashant Bhushan and advocate ML Sharma have filed a petition in the Supreme Court against the decision to ban the BBC documentary. Senior advocate CU Singh, appearing for senior journalist N Ram, TMC MP Mahua Moitra and advocate Prashant Bhushan, told the court that this is a case where emergency powers were invoked without orders being in the public domain. He told that tweets sharing the link of the documentary have been blocked. On this, the Supreme Court said that we are asking the government to file the order related to this and will investigate it.
