The officials said that the incident took place inside a ‘private siding’ which is owned by a company and is not maintained and operated by the Railways. Officials said that there is a private narrow gauge rail line between Dungri Limestone Mines and ACC Cement Plant, Bargarh. The line, wagon, loco present here are all owned by the private company.
