The mother of the victim student lodged a complaint with Dibrugarh police station

The mother lodged a complaint with the Dibrugarh police station on Sunday that her son was tortured mentally and physically by his seniors. The victim’s student’s mother also said in her complaint that the accused tried to kill her son, looted his money, snatched his mobile and also took objectionable photographs with alcohol and ganja in hand to defame him. His mother alleged that her son had complained to the university authorities about his suffering due to ragging by some students in the recent past, but no action was taken.
