Kejriwal has already been arrested in the Excise case

The central agency has I had arrested former Deputy Chief Minister of Delhi Manish Sisodia last month. AAP has called this matter a conspiracy against its leaders. The CBI adopted the same strategy when it called Sisodia to its headquarters. He then took them into custody after questioning them for eight hours. These allegations are related to the Excise Policy of 2021- Government of Delhi. The CBI is probing allegations of bribes being paid by liquor traders to get licences. This policy has now been repealed.
