The doors of Kedarnath Dham open amid bad weather

One of the twelve Jyotirlingas in Uttarakhand The doors of Kedarnath Dham were opened for darshan on Tuesday. However, in view of the apprehension of bad weather, the devotees are not being allowed to proceed further. Due to the forecast of snowfall and rain by the Meteorological Department April, the state government has closed the registration of devotees till 35 date. While at many places including Rishikesh, Gaurikund, Guptkashi and Sonprayag, passengers are being asked to stay there for the time being.
